Refunds Policy and Liability

All Sales Are Final. Once an order is placed, no refunds are accepted. If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it is processed, a gift card equivalent to the total value of your order will be issued, redeemable for a future purchase on www.TransferForever.com.

We disclaim all liability for delays or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers, including, but not limited to, strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control that may impact the carriers’ services.

Transfer Quality

All transfers are performed professionally using the best available technologies. However, the final product’s quality depends on the original recording quality of the materials provided by the customer. For example, if the original tape has poor audio or video quality, these imperfections will be reflected in the final transfer. While we strive to deliver optimal service, we cannot improve inherent flaws in the original files.

Digital Copies of Your Analog Media:

Transfert VHS inc. (Transfer Forever) retains the right to store a digital copy of your media in a secure, closed circuit for an indefinite period. This allows us to offer future services as technologies evolve. Options for enhancing your media may be proposed as new tools become available. Please contact us if you wish for your digital copies to be permanently deleted.
