We recommend carefully stacking and securing your photos, slides, or negatives with rubber bands to keep them organized and protected during shipping.

Important: Please remove your items from photo albums, sleeves, slide carousels, or any other holders before packing them. You can place them in plastic bags or envelopes to keep them safe and organized. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient digitization process.

Want your memories digitized in a specific order? Simply include a note with your instructions and organize your items into clearly labelled groups indicating your preferred transfer order.

We automatically select a Forever Flash Drive with the appropriate storage capacity based on the size of your order.

The only decision you need to make is how many flash drives you’d like to receive. Each one will contain all your digitized memories.

Ordering additional Forever Flash Drives is a great way to keep backup copies or simply share your precious memories with family and friends!

You can choose to have your original items returned to you along with your Forever Flash Drive once your digitization is complete.

Alternatively, you can select the free option and receive only your Forever Flash Drive.

Changed your mind? No problem! You have up to 90 days after your transfers are completed to contact us and request the return of your original items.

Yes, absolutely! We have all the specialized equipment needed to digitize international video tapes, including PAL and SECAM formats, at no additional cost.

If any of your items are blank or damaged and cannot be digitized, we’ll issue a refund for each item that cannot be transferred.

A small $3.95 inspection fee applies to each item that is checked but cannot be digitized. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.

No problem! You can simply add extra items to your Forever Suitcase™. If you need more space, just contact us, and we’ll send you a larger suitcase.

If you send more items than originally ordered, we’ll adjust your invoice accordingly. If you send fewer items, we’ll refund the difference.

In either case, feel free to contact us with any questions or changes to your order. We’re always happy to help!

You’ll need to remove the items from the albums and place them in piles inside the box that will be sent to you. All the necessary materials to properly protect your items for a safe return are included in the Forever Suitcase.

Of course! While most film reels are silent, we have all the specialized equipment needed to digitize film reels with sound, at no additional cost!
