01.How to use the Transfer Forever USB key?
Your new USB key will include all your transfers. We make sure to select the right size based on the volume of your transfers. Our USB key can be plugged directly to your smart TV or a computer.
02.What to do if I want to have multiple USB keys containing different sets of items?
Each order is processed individually by one of our certified technicians. When placing your order, you can include some notes and create well-identified sets with your items in the Forever Suitcase. We will follow your instructions or contact you as needed.
03.What to do if I want to obtain more than 4 USB keys?
You can place your order by choosing the fourth package, which includes 4 USB keys. You can then include some notes when placing your order or contact us to request the addition of extra USB keys to your order. The price for additional keys beyond the package is $9.95 for regular keys and $14.95 for high-speed keys.
04.How will my transfers be identified on my USB key?
You can identify each of your items, and we will use your identification for each transfer. In case your original items are not identified, the transferred files on your Forever Flash Drive will simply be numbered in the order they were transferred.

01.What is the Forever+ service?
Forever+ is our new AI enhancement service for your digital memories. Using the most powerful computers and professional-grade software, we bring back sharpness and vivid colors to your photos and videos — results that simply cannot be achieved online.

02.I’m not sure about the exact length of my videos or the exact number of photos I want enhanced.
No problem at all! Simply place your Forever+ order using the durations or quantities you think are correct.
Once we apply the Forever+ enhancement to your files, we’ll know the exact lengths and counts.
If there’s any difference, we will refund or charge the difference accordingly.
This ensures you only pay for the precise amount of Forever+ processing applied to your memories.
03.Who is the Forever+ service for?
Forever+ is a service separate from digitization, designed exclusively to enhance existing digital files. It’s available to everyone — whether your memories were digitized by us, by another provider, or you already have them in digital format.
04.How can I send you my photos or videos to enhance?
If you have previously had memories digitized with us, your client account already exists.
Simply log in using the same email address and password as before, and place your Forever+ order.
If this is your first order, a client account will be automatically created as soon as you complete your purchase. You’ll receive a notification and an email with your transfer details.
You can then choose the option that best suits your needs:
Option 1 — USB key by mail:
Copy your files onto a USB key and mail it to us.
Option 2 — Online upload:
Receive a secure link to upload your files directly from your computer.
Both options are simple, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
05.How can I provide instructions to enhance only my relevant content?
Forever+ is a personalized service. You can include comments or instructions with your order, and our team remains available by email throughout the process should you wish to make adjustments or add new requests.
06.How will I receive my enhanced files?
Once your files are ready, your enhanced memories will appear directly in your secure client account, accessible at any time. You can watch them online instantly — and download them as you wish.
If you prefer, you may also choose to receive your enhanced files on a USB key delivered by mail.

01.How do I create or access my account?
You can create your Transfer Forever account at any time, or directly during checkout on our website.
Once your account is created, you’ll have permanent access to your personal customer space from any mobile device or computer.
To log in, simply use the email address you registered with and your chosen password.
If you ever forget your password, just select “Forgot Password” to securely create a new one.

03.What happens if I want certain transfers to not appear in my account?
If you prefer certain transfers not to appear in your online account, simply let us know.
We can exclude specific files from your client area while still including them on your USB drive.
Please note, however, that excluded files will not be accessible online and cannot be added to your account later without a new request.

Please note that Forever Access™ includes up to 100 GB of storage, which corresponds to approximately 100 hours of video content.
02.I did business with Transfer Forever in the past and this product didn't exist, is it possible to access it now?
Of course!
As outlined in our terms and conditions, we securely store a copy of all client transfers in a closed network, ensuring they are carefully organized. This allows us to offer future options based on technological advancements.
To enjoy the benefits of your Forever Access™, simply place an order and select this option.
An account will be automatically created during your transaction, and within a few days, all your previous transfers will be available in your new account.
Accessing our new services is simple—just complete your transaction on our website. No USB key or original items will be required to activate your account!

If you wish for certain transfers to not appear in your Forever Access™, simply inform us.
We can exclude files from your client area while keeping them on your USB drive. However, please note that these files will not be accessible online and cannot be added to your account later without a new request.

02.What happens to my original items once they are transferred?
For a fee of $24.95, we will return all your original items along with your Forever Flash Drive. Alternatively, you can choose our free option and receive only your Forever Flash Drive once your transfers are complete. If you opt for the free option, you may request the return of your original items within 90 days.
03.What about international videotapes?
We have all the necessary equipment to transfer international videotapes, and there are no additional charges for this type of signal.
04.What happens if some items are empty or defective?
If we receive empty or defective items, a refund will be issued for each verified and non-transferred item. A fee of $3.95 is chargeable for each non-transferred item.
05.What if I have more or less items than those added to my order?
No problem! You can simply place any additional item inside your Forever Suitcase. If the size of your Forever Suitcase is insufficient for your entire order, you may contact us, and we will be happy to send you a larger box. If we receive fewer items than those you have paid for, a refund for each excess item ordered will be issued.
06.How should we organize our photos, slides, or negatives in the Forever Suitcase?
You’ll need to remove the items from the albums and place them in piles inside the box that will be sent to you. All the necessary materials to properly protect your items for a safe return are included in the Forever Suitcase.
07.Do you convert sound on Super 8 or 8mm films?
Of course! While most film reels are silent, we have all the necessary equipment to fully transfer sound reels at no additional cost!
08.What can I expect in terms of transfer quality?
We use the best available technologies to perform a full transfer of your items. However, the quality of the transfer ultimately depends on the quality of the original item.
09.What is your turnaround time?
The entire process — from sending your Forever Suitcase to accessing your digitized memories — takes approximately 3 to 5 weeks, depending on our current volume. With the Express option, we guarantee access to your transfers within one week of receiving your Forever Suitcase at our studio.
